VI. The plaint in suits instituted under this Act shall be written on the stamp paper prescribed for petitions of plaint in regular suits, and shall contain the following particulars, namely, The name, description, and place of abode of the plaintiff, the relief sought for, the subject of the claim, and the cause of action; and if the suit be brought against a defendant other than the Government or some Officer on the part of Government, the name, description, and place of abode of such defendant. VII. The
