20. Committees. —The Court, the Executive Council or the Academic Council may appoint Board or Committees consisting of members of the authority making such appointment and of such other persons (if any) as that authority in each case may think fit; and any such Board or Committee may deal with any subject assigned to it subject to subsequent confirmation by the authority which appointed it.
