Section 5. Amendment of First Schedule to Constitution

5. Amendment of First Schedule to Constitution.— On and from the appointed day, in the First Schedule to the Constitution, under the heading "II. THE UNION TERRITORIES", for entries 4 and 5 and the corresponding entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:— |Name|Extent| |---|---| |"4.
