43. Application of the Indian Railways Act, 1890.— Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890). the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the Indian Railways
