Section 60

60. Whoever conveys or attempts to convey any country spirits from a distillery established under section seven without a pass, or exceeding the quantity for which a pass has been granted, For conveying country spirits from distillery without pass &c., or 232 Excise. [ACT X or introduces or attempts to introduce any country spirits manufactured at another place into the limits fixed for the consumption of spirits manufactured at such distillery, without a special pass from the Collector, shall for every such offence be punished with fine not exceeding five hundred rupees. For contravening rules prescribed by Chief Revenue Authority. For illicit manufacture or sale of country spirits, &c.
