Presmble. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the law in force in Northern India, British Burma and Coorg relating to the production, sale, possession and import of spirit, fermented liquors and intoxicating drugs, and the collection of the revenue derived therefrom; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
