Section 34. No Secretary, Inspector, Manager, or Accountant in the service of the Bank,

34. No Secretary, Inspector, Manager, or Accountant in the service of the Bank, and no Khazánchi, Cashier or Shroff in the service of the Bank at the principal office, and, without the previous sanction of the Board, no Agent, Khazánchi, Cashier or Shroff at any branch or agency of the Bank, shall engage in any other banking or commercial business, either on his own account or as agent for any other person or persons, or shall act as broker or agent for the sale or purchase of Government or other securities.
