THE SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS. | Section 29: (1) The Chief Court may, by order, authorize any District Court to transfer to a Subordinate Judge o 29. (1) The Chief Court may, by order, authorize any District Court to transfer to a Subordinate Judge or Munsif under its control any of the following proceedings or any class of such proceedings specified in the order, and then pending or thereafter instituted before the District Court (that is to say):— (a) applications for certificates under Act XXVII of 1860 (for facilitating the collection of debts on successions, and for the security of parties paying debts to the representatives of deceased persons); (b) proceedings under Act XL of 1858 (for making better provision for the care of the persons and property of Minors in the Presidency of Fort William in Bengal) or Act IX of 1861 (to amend the law relating to Minors).
