Besides the Chief Court, the Courts of Small Causes established under Act XI of 1865 and the Courts established under any other enactment for the time being in force, there shall be the following classes of Civil Courts (namely):— (a) the Divisional Court; (b) the Court of the District Judge; (c) the Court of the Subordinate Judge; (d) the Court of the Munsif. Territorial Divisions.
