614 Emigration. [ACT XVII (Chapter XIII 99. All 614 Emigration. [ACT XVII (Chapter XIII.—Offences. Chapter XIV.—Supplemental.) Power for Customs—officers to search and detain for purposes of Act. 99. All the powers for the time being conferred by law on officers of sea-customs with regard to the searching and detention of vessels or otherwise for the prevention of smuggling on board thereof, may be exercised by those officers for the prevention of offences against this Act. ---
