15. Saving with respect to Advocate General and Official Trustee. --Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impair the operation[4] [of any enactment] for the time being in force, respecting the authority of an Advocate General[5] * to act with respect to any charity[6] [or of the Official Trustees Act, 1913] respecting the vesting of property in trust for a charitable purpose in an Official Trustee.
