Section 44

Chapter VIII: . PENALTIES AND PROCEDURE. | Section 44: Any person who knowingly uses or attempts to use, as a certificate granted to himself under section 44. Any person who knowingly uses or attempts to use, as a certificate granted to himself under section 7 or section 8, a certificate granted to another person under either of those sections, or who, having procured such a certificate, knowingly allows it to be used, or an attempt to use it to be made, by another person, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
