Section 11. Barring of suits to contest authority to assume superintendence

11. Barring of suits to contest authority to assume superintendence.— No suit shall be brought in any Civil Court to contest the authority of the Court of Wards in respect of the property, or of the person and property, of any person under this Act on the ground that such person was not, or is not, a land-holder or a minor.
