21. Funds for maintenance and repairs.— Every owner of the specified dam shall earmark sufficient and specific funds for maintenance and repairs of the specified dam and to implement the recommendations of the State Dam Safety Organisation. 21. give directions regarding data requirements of seismological stations in the vicinity of the specified dams;
