1. 26th February, 1987, vide Notification No. S.O. 122(E), dated 26th February, 1987, see Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, sec. 3(ii). (n) "spices" means the spices specified in the Schedule: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that it is necessary or expedient in the public interest so to do, by notification in the Official Gazette, add any other spice to the Schedule or omit any spice therefrom.
