The Civil Judge of Lucknow, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner and Judicial Commissioner may remove or suspend the ministerial officers of their respective Courts, or fine them in an amount not exceeding one month's salary; but every such removal or 1871.] Oudh Civil Courts. 423 or suspension made by a Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or the Civil Judge of Lucknow shall be subject to the general control of the Judicial Commissioner.
