66. The Commissioner, auditor, etc., to be deemed to he public servants. —The Commissioner, every auditor, every officer and servant of the Board and every other person duly appointed to discharge any duties imposed on him by this Act or rules or orders made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
