50. Neithcr the High C o ~ r t nor any Judge Bar to issue thereof shall hereafter issue any writ of mandamus. 51. Each of the said High Courts shall, as soon as Power to conveniently may be, frame rules to regdate the frame yu'e'v procedure under this chapter ; and until such rules are framed, the practice of such Court as to applications for and grants of writs of wtn~zclurnus shall apply, so far as may be practicable, to applications and orders under this chapter.
