And it is hereby enacted, that if the seizure be made by an Officer of the Salt Department, other than an Agent or Superintendent of Chokies, such Officer shall report the circumstances within twenty-four hours to his official Superior; and the Police Officer in attendance shall likewise report the occurrences at the time of seizure to his Official Superior.
