In section 61 of the principal Act,— (a) in sub-section (1),— (i) for the words "the Board may apply", the words "the Wakf Commissioner may apply" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "to pay to the Board or to any person authorised by the Board", the words "to pay to the Wakf Commissioner or to any person authorised by the Wakf Commissioner" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the word "Board", the words "Wakf Commissioner" shall be substituted.
