In sub-section (1) of section 57 of the principal Act,— (a) for the words "title to wakf property", the words "title to, or possession of, wakf property" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "or the right of a mutawalli, the court", the words "or the right of a mutawalli or beneficiary, the court or Tribunal" shall be substituted.
