In section 44 of the principal Act,— (i) for the word "Board", at both the places where it occurs, the words "Wakf Commissioner" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "it shall take such action thereon as it thinks fit", the words "he shall take such action thereon as he thinks fit" shall be substituted.
