33. In section 36 of the principal Act,— (1) in clause (a), for the words "directions of the Board", the words "directions made by— (i) the Board, or (ii) the Wakf Commissioner, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder" shall be substituted; (2) in clause (b), for the words "required by the Board", the words "required by the Board, or the Wakf Commissioner, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or of any rule or orders made thereunder" shall be substituted.
