In section 21 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877, after the the words "Code of Civil Procedure" the words and figures "and the Indian Arbitration Act, 1899," shall be inserted, and for the words "a controversy" the words "present or future differences" shall be substituted. 22. The provisions of this Act shall be binding on the Crown.
