Section 4. Establishment of Armed Forces Tribunal

CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF TRIBUNAL AND BENCHES THEREOF 4. Establishment of Armed Forces Tribunal.— The Central Government shall, by notification, establish a Tribunal to be known as the Armed Forces Tribunal to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act.
