93. Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court. —The President[2] *, the Governors of 3[Madras], 4[Bombay and 5[West Bengal], 6* 7* and the Chief Justices and Judges of the High Courts 8*, shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
