No Court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act or any rule or o~der tllereunder, other than an offence under section 62 or section 64, unless complaillt thcracf is madc wAthin six months of the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed : Limftation of prosecutions. Provided that when the offence consists of disobeying a written order made by an Ifispector, complaint. thereof may be made within twelve months of the date on which the otfence is alleged to have been committed. *
