63. Whoever wiliully obstructs an Inspector in the exercise Penalty obstructing forobstructing forfor of any power under section 11, or fails to produce on demand I~lapector. by an Inspector any registers or other documents in his custscdy kept in pursuance of this Act or of any of the rules maae thereunder, or conceals or prevents any worker in a fackory from appearing before or being examined by an Inspector, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
