Section 37. The periods of xvorlr of adult workers in a factory during Intervals rest

37. The periods of xvorlr of adult workers in a factory during Intervals rest. for each day shall be fixed either- (a) so that no period shall exceed six hours, and so that no worlrer shall work for more than six hours before he has had an interval for rest of at least one hour; ( b ) so thnt no period shall exceed five hours and so t'hat no worker shall work for more than five hours before he has had an interval for rest of at least half an hour, or for more than eight and a half hours before he bas had at least two such intervals.
