EMIGRATION
41. Every Emigration Agent shall establish at the port for which he is appointed a suitable dep8t for the reception and lodging of emigrants before embarkation for the country for which he is Emigration Agent, and shall provide all necessary food and clothing for all emigrants during their stay at the dep6t.
