25. Where any electric supply-lines, meters, of Exemptjon electric fittings, works or apparatus belonging to a licensee 1 , are placed in `or` upon any premises, not being in the or other possession of the licensee, for the purpose of supply- apparetus ,,,, ing energy, such electric supply-lines, meters, fit,tings, men6 in works and apparatus shall not be liable to be taken Oertain cases in execution under any process of any Civil Court 'or in any proceedings in illsolvency against the person in whose possession the same may be.
