Probate or Letters of Administration granted by any Court, or Certificate granted under Regulation VIII, 1827 of the Bombay Code (to provide for the formal recognition of Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, and for the appointment of Administrators and Managers of property by the Courts) or under Act XL of 1858 (for making better provision for the care of the persons and property of Minors in the Presidency of Fort William in Bengal.)
