Any decree or sentence passed by a Special Decree of Special I Court as above constituted on a memorandum record- to be ed under section seventy-six, or in a case tried under a decree of - ~ ~ ~ section seventy-seven, shall issue as, and be deemed to be, a decree or sentence of the Court from which the case was referred to the Special Court. ~
