28. All the provisions of Chapter XVII of the Principal Act, except sections 169, 170, 177, 182, 184, 185, 187, 190, 191 and 193, shall apply to all proceedings under this Act. Imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or fine not exceeding one thousand rupees, or both.
