CHAPTER IV
CLASSES OF TENANTS
17. Classes of tenants.— There shall be, for the purposes of this Act, the following clauses of tenants, namely,—
(a) occupancy tenants;
(b) exproprietary tenants;
(c) hereditary tenants; and
(d) non-occupancy tenants.
