If it shalb appear to the Officer in charge of the Police Station that there is not sufficient evidence or reasoiiable gro~uld of Head Officer how to proceed in cases of cleficient suspicion to justify the transmission of the accused to the el-idence. hlagistrate, he shall release the accused on bail, or on his o~vn recognizance, to appear when required, arid shall subiiiit a report of t!ie case for the orders of the Nagistrate.
