Section 81. Objects of Central Advisory Committee

81. Objects of Central Advisory Committee.— The objects of the Central Advisory Committee shall be to advise the Central Commission on — - (i) major questions of policy; - (ii) matters relating to quality, continuity and extent of service provided by the licensees; - (iii) compliance by the licensees with the conditions and requirements of their licence; - (iv) protection of consumer interest; - (v) electricity supply and overall standards of performance by utilities. - Constitution, powers and functions of State Commissions
