10. Members of criminal tribes to report themselves or notify residence. Restriction of Movements of Criminal Tribes. 10. The Local Government may, by notification in the local official Gazette, direct in respect of any criminal tribe that every registered member thereof shall, in the prescribed manner,— (a) report himself at fixed intervals; or (b) notify his place of residence and any change or intended change of residence and any absence or intended absence from his residence.
