27. The Governor General in Council may, from time to time, Rules as to officers and management of the Mint. (1) fix the number and duties of the officers of, and persons employed in, the Mint: (2) make rules and give directions (subject to the provisions of this Act, and any notification made thereunder) respecting the management of the Mint, and revoke and alter such rules and directions.
