Application of certain provisions of Act LXIII of 1948 to mines. —The Central Government may, by notification iu the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of Chapters III and IV of the Factories Act, 3948 (LXIII of 1048) shall, subject to such exceptions and restrictions as may ho specified in the notification, apply to aU mines and the precincts thereof.
