42. Effect of certificate of fitness granted to adolescents.—An adolescent, who has been granted a certificate of fitness to work in a mine as an adult under section 40, aud who while actually employed in a mine carries a token giving a reference to such certiHcato, shall be deemed to be an adult for the purposes of this Act.
