CHAPTER IV MISCELLANEOUS 9. Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members and staff of the Commission to be public servants. —The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, officers and other employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
