Premnagar (ST). —Premnagar RIC and Ramanujnagar RIC (excluding P.Cs. 73 to 80) in Surajpur tahsil and Udaipur RIC and P.Cs. 55, 57, 58 and 65 in Lakhanpur RIC in Ambikapur tehsil and the forest villages in the area. 3. There shall be computed, in respect of the period commencing on the appointed day and ending on the 31st day of March of that financial year and in respect of each subsequent financial year, the total payment made in all the successor State in respect of pension referred to in Paragraphs 1 and 2. The total representing the liability of the existing State of Madhya Pradesh in respect of pension shall be apportioned between the successor State on the population ratio and any successor State paying more than its due share shall be reimbursed the excess amount by the successor State or State paying less.
