In section 60 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the words, brackets and figures "prescribed period or within that period as extended under sub-section (3) of section 53", the words, figures and brackets "period prescribed under section 53 or within such period as may be allowed under sub-section (4) of section 142" shall be substituted.
