7B. Chief Rector and Rectors.— (1) The Chief Commissioner of the[1] [Union territory of Delhi] shall be the Chief Rector of the University.
(2) Such persons, as may be appointed in this behalf in accordance with the Statutes, shall be Rectors of the University.]
