116. The Gazette to be evidence.-- (1) A copy of the Official Gazette containing any notice inserted in pursuance of this Act shall be evidence of the facts to stated in the notice.
(2) A copy of the Official Gazette containing any notice of an order of adjudication shall be conclusive evidence of the order having been duly made, and of its date.
