Section 300. Disposal of land forming site of public streets permanently closed

300. Disposal of land forming site of public streets permanently closed.— Whenever any public street or a part thereof is permanently closed under sub-section (2) of section 299 the site of such street or of the portion thereof may be disposed of as land vesting in[1] [[2] [the Corporation]].
