34D. Sections 34B and 34C to override other laws. — Any appointment or removal of a director or executive officer in pursuance of section 34B or section 34 C shall have effect notwithstanding anything the contrary contained in[3] [the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)], or any other law for the time being in force or any contract or any other instrument.
