19. Abstract of proceedings of general meetings.— Every insurer, being a company or body incorporated under any law for the time being in force in[5] [India], shall furnish to the[4] [Authority] 6 [a certified copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every general meeting, as entered in the Minutes Book of the insurer] within thirty days from the holding of the meeting to which it relates. 1.
