35. In section 64 of the principal Act,— (i) for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :— "(d) falsifies any plan, section, register or record, the maintenance of which is required by or under this Act or produces before any authority such false plan, section, register or record, knowing the same to be false, or"; and (ii) for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "one thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
